  3. Enterprises and organizations engaged in regulated activities;
  4. Organizations whose total costs for the consumption of natural gas, diesel and other fuels (excluding motor fuels), fuel oil, thermal energy, coal, electrical energy exceed the amount of corresponding energy resources in terms of value established by the Government of the Russian Federation for the calendar year preceding the last year before the expiration of the next mandatory energy audit;
  5. Enterprises and organizations carrying out activities in the field of energy conservation, funded in full or in part from the budget of the Russian Federation.

On a voluntary basis, such a procedure is determined by the head of the enterprise in order to reduce the cost of fuel resources.

What measures are taken at energy audit?

During the energy audit (energy audit) the following measures are taken:

  • Analysis of the state of power supply systems, heat supply, water supply, technical equipment park of an industrial enterprise (facility);
  • Assessment of the state of systems and measuring instruments - devices for energy accounting and their compliance with the established requirements;
  • Identification of unreasonable losses;
  • Assessment of the state of the system of rationing energy consumption and energy use;

The duration of the energy survey depends on the complexity of the object, the number of measurements, the depth and detail of the information collected.

What is the result of an energy audit?

According to the results of the energy survey issued:

  • Energy passport, developed in accordance with the Federal Law on 23.11.2009, No. 261-FZ and the Order of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation on 30.06.2014 No. 400;
  • technical report on the result of the energy survey, developed in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation from 30.06.2014 No. 400;
  • energy saving passport developed in accordance with the Orders of the Ministry of Energy of Russia from 30.06.2014 No. 398 and 30.06.2014 No. 399;
  • Notice of registration of the energy passport in the SRO;
  • Notification of the registration of an energy passport with the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.

Instrumental examination
