What is the non-governmental examination and how is it carried out
The subject of non-state examination of project documentation is the assessment of its compliance with the requirements of technical regulations, including sanitary-epidemiological, environmental requirements, requirements of state protection of cultural heritage objects, fire, industrial, nuclear, radiation and other safety requirements, as well as the results of engineering surveys.
The subject of non-state examination of the results of engineering surveys is the assessment of their compliance with the requirements of technical regulations.
Examination is made on-site, on the basis of the provided documents.
After the examination, a written Opinion of a non-governmental examination is issued, containing:
- conclusions on the compliance or non-compliance of the project documentation with the results of engineering surveys,
- requirements of technical regulations, including sanitary and epidemiological, environmental requirements,
- requirements of state protection of cultural heritage objects,
- requirements of fire, industrial and other safety,
- requirements for the content of sections of the project documentation, provided in accordance with part 13 of the article 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation.
